Return policy
- The replacement and return right is guaranteed for all our customers and includes all the products we offer on our store.
- All products displayed on our store are eligible for the replacement and return policy, subject to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
- Return or replacement is possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and sealed in the original packaging.
- Returns within three (3) days and replacements within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us through the 'Contact Us' page or our phone numbers to request a return or replacement.
- Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number for replacement in case the product is spoiled, has a specific defect, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product usage by the customer that we did not mention on the product page on our website.
- A 30% deduction or a minimum value of 25 dirhams is applied if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or any mentioned issue.
