When will I receive the order?

 It depends on the chosen shipping company responsible for delivery. We have a range of shipping partners in major cities, and typically, it takes from 1 to 3 days from order placement and confirmation.

Is international delivery available?

 Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and specific cities listed on the delivery page. All cities serviced by the shipping company representatives are displayed on that page. For international delivery outside the country, you can contact our store team via WhatsApp to inquire about product weight, pricing, and unregistered international shipping agents not currently listed on the store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

 Please refer to the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In the case of a manufacturing defect agreed upon for return, the shipping cost to the company and the return shipping cost to the customer will be calculated. However, the product cost will not be charged to the customer, following the return policy.
